Patients have little insight into time pressures of GPs. This pressure in turn means GPs have fewer insights into their patients. Viscious circle & danger for all. We need funding which drives value not volume.
Is it perhaps because it is just another day at the coalface fro the GP but an intimate personal experience for the patient?
