Whatever you role, space and time to be with peers and talk, reflect, laugh, etc so important to wellbeing at work and beyond. We lose these things - communal spaces and coffee breaks - at our peril. Need to create more meeting spaces, not less.

Wellbeing means different things to different people. However, whatever the meaning, it is underpinned by a sense of contentment with one’s life. We therefore need to ‘rescue’ wellbeing from the kidnappers and make it a meaningful word.
